PAYMENT POLICY
Village Pottery’s Online Shop accepts:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Pay Pal

We do not accept payment by check, money order or send orders COD. All payments are processed through our Pay Pal shopping cart using state-of-the-art SSL encryption.

When you are ready to Check-Out, you will be directed to Pay Pal, where you can either Log-In to your account, or choose to pay with your Credit Card through their secure server. NOTE: You DO NOT need a Pay Pal Account in order to purchase! Scroll down further to pay with Credit Card. After completing payment through the Pay Pal site, you will redirected back to our site for confirmation of your purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship with Canada Post Priority Mail. We ship everywhere in North America. If you live in another country, please contact us to make special arrangements. As soon as we receive payment, you will be notified with a confirmation message. Your items will be shipped via Canada Post within 48 hours of purchase. If you would prefer to ship with a different carrier, please contact us to make arrangements.

We take special care in packaging and also insure each piece of pottery and artwork. A tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email once your products have been shipped.

Shipping costs are estimated by the size and weight of your purchase and the destination. Delivery times are based on the shipping options available. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.

RETURN POLICY
At Village Pottery, we take pride in our high quality products and ensuring each & every customer is fully satisfied. If for some reason you are unhappy with your item(s), you may return it within 30 days of delivery. We will refund you the price of merchandise, or you may exchange it for another item in our online shop. In the event that an item is defective or broken at time of delivery, we’ll pay the return shipping costs. The customer must ensure returns are adequately packaged so that the returned item arrives safely back to our studios before refunds are applied.

PRIVACY POLICY
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients.

We do not use this information to compile a mailing list nor do we sell the information. Once your order is shipped, your order information is securely filed for tax return purposes and shredded after three years.

You may opt-out of receiving our newsletter at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter.
